Seeking a Collections Representative in Pflugerville, TXOpenwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Collections Representative in Pflugerville, TX. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in settling their accounts and processing payments. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Inbound/Outbound call handling with customers
- Processing payments
- Sending collections correspondence
- Assisting with account balancing and auditing accounts
- 1+ years of collections experience
- Must have demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel
- Great Plains software experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Healthcare, vision and dental benefits
- Temporary to Hire opportunity
- If hired on to client’s staff, benefits will include Medical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance, immediate accumulation of PTO, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan after 1 year of employment
