Do you have an eye for detail and a love for accounting? The Columbia office of Nelson Mullins would like to add an
Accounts Receivable Specialist to its Accounting Department team!
A Day in the Life:
You will be assisting the needs of all 30+ offices; you’ll play an integral part in the accounting department’s success! No two days will be the same. You’ll assist with activities including, but not limited to, communicating with attorneys and clients, preparing reports, reconciling, and analyzing accounts receivable accounts, and applying cash receipts.

You thrive in a team atmosphere and look forward to utilizing your prior accounts receivable experience to jump in and see the department succeed. You are an excellent communicator and understand that this position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong organizational mindset, and a high level of accuracy.
- A minimum of an associate degree and 3+ years of experience in an accounting/bookkeeping field is required.
