Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. Offering a hybrid work schedule (upon completion of training), a robust benefits package, and an opportunity to work with an amazing team of people at Old Dutch Foods! An excellent opportunity for a new grad, or someone with an accounts payable background looking for a new role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inflow of vendor invoices, expense reports and check requests for processing
• Obtain supporting documentation and approvals
• Record invoices in accounts payable software
• Ensure timely vendor payments and correspondence
• Maintain files and documentation
• Monitor AP aging and other payables reports
• Assist in month end close
• Other AP related tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Degree or previous accounts payable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• JD Edwards or other ERP experience preferred
• Excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (upon completion of training)

Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience. Excellent Benefit Package including PTO, Medical, Dental, HSA, Flex Spending, Life insurance, Pension and 401k with company matching.
