Job Description
We Deliver the Goods:
Actively involved in tracking, billing, accounting, collecting, and analyzing Vendor Rebates. Supporting a team of specialists while working cross functionally with Category Management and Procurement teams as well as other corporate or field finance personnel. Identify and recommend effective solutions toward process improvements while providing leadership and direction to a team of two or more. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. Lead small teams on special projects assigned by management.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting, billing, collecting and applying of Vendor Revenue Programs.
- Prepare and review various reports and schedules for various groups.
- Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements and efficient use of resources.
- Ensure transactions are performed within a sound internal control environment, in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) key controls.
- Effectively lead team through change.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 to 5 years experience or equivalent work experience and/or training
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience
