Holidynamics, Inc. has been designing, manufacturing, and distributing the highest quality holiday décor across the U.S. and Canada for more than 15 years. Job Responsibilities:
- Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Process accounts payable payments.
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of multiple credit card accounts.
- Serve as backup for various accounting functions.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Perform weekly, monthly, billing and statement processes.
- Record payments to client accounts; troubleshoot client issues.
- Contact past due accounts to collect receivables.
- Record daily bank deposits.
- Match all receipts, accurately and timely posting to our custom software.
- Reconcile statement of accounts and research, rectify issues as needed.
- Perform general customer service, answer phones and assist customers.
- Monitor’s customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments or irregularities.
- Two years of accounting work experience in an office setting.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivables experience.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task, solve problems and prioritize without compromising details or accuracy of work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills - Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office skills required).
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We can train the right candidate.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to maintain confidential information.
- Understands ocean logistics.
