We are looking for an accounting manager to join our award winning Atlanta area Custom Home Builder. There's a need for a full-time accountant with residential construction experience.

The Accounting Manger will be responsible for assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly accounting & finance related processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record various general accounting entries
• Manage AP process to ensure accuracy of payments, vendor relations and insurance requirements
• Perform weekly and monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Perform month end entries, accruals, and allocations
• Assist in preparation of various reports and review of financial statements
• Assist in annual budget process
• Assist in annual insurance renewals
• Coordinate annual insurance audits & renewals
• Prepare annual 1099’s
• Set up jobs and accounts in accounting system

Qualifications:

• Accounting Degree
• 5+ years of relevant residential construction accounting experience preferred
• Quickbooks experience mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
