Accounting - Human Resource Administrator
Job description
The Doubletree by Hilton Omaha Southwest is hiring an Accounting/Human Resource Administrator. We have a very friendly working environment that is looking for someone to join our team. Compensation:$23 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Compares purchase orders to invoices and distributes them to the proper department head for approval.
- Audits invoices for errors & correct as necessary
- Assures compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Ensures proper backup is attached to expense reports
- Participates in regular periodic reports and inventories
- Ensures appropriate backup is attached.
- Ensures correct charging amount by coding invoices
- Summarizes payments due and communicates cash needs to the Controller for approval.
- Handles all vendor inquiries and reconciles all vendor statements.
- Maintains files
- Maintains 1099 files for current and new vendors
- Supports HR duties (employee files, onboarding, payroll support)
- Prior accounting experience
- Familiar with basic HR duties
