As an employee in our Accounting/Finance Development Program (FDP), you will experience three rotational work assignments spanning across financial analysis, cost accounting, general ledger accounting, operations, financial reporting, forecasting, corporate tax, IT accounting, or treasury. No matter what your assignment, you will be presented with the opportunity to develop a solid foundation of diverse experiences, build your network, and explore career paths.


What You'll Do

While your responsibilities for each role in the rotational program will vary, they will likely include:

  • Preparing various daily, monthly, quarterly, or annual financial/cost reports, statements, or exhibits.
  • Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing financial information.
  • Performing financial analysis in support of business counseling.
  • Performing internal controls assessments to ensure adequate controls are in place.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Flexible individuals with a critical thinking mindset, willing to collaborate with others to make a positive impact.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a positive attitude, with a passion to learn new things and tackle analytical challenges.
  • Pursuing or received a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics or a related degree.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required or 2-3 years of relevant full-time work experience.
  • 6 credit hours in Accounting coursework.
  • Must be able to relocate domestically as assignments can be at various locations throughout the United States.

  • Fargo, ND
  • Horicon, WI
  • Olathe, KS
  • Quad Cities (IL, IA)
  • Springfield, MO
