Accounting Coordinator
Job description
Mission City Community Network (MCCN), a not-for-profit organization with multiple clinics operating as a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to serving low income and under-served families in the San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles and San Bernardino areas. MCCN is a full service health care provider with primary care services for children, adolescents and adults.
Position: Accounting Coordinator
Status: Full-Time/Non-Exempt (40hrs/wk)
Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:30p//9a-5:30p
Location: North Hills, CA
We are currently seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our team!
- Filing, copying, and other administrative tasks
- Assist with A/P, A/R, Payroll
- Process vendor invoices, expense reports, check requests and other disbursements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED, required
- Associates Degree in Accounting, preferred
- Intermediate computer skills
- Basic accounting classes
- Minimum of 6 months experience in related field
Specific Skills and Special Abilities:
- Computer literate in Excel, ACCPAC
- Proficient use of 10 key
- Detail oriented
- Ability to learn new skills, if necessary
- Flexibility and ability to change
- Ability to function in a busy environment with time constraints
