• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping - REQUIRED
• Construction experience DESIRED and will be given preference to those candidates
• Effectively communicate and provide internal financial information to management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all items
• Excellent organizational skills and accuracy
• Customer/employee relations skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office
• Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized
• Strong time manager with respect for deadlines
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
• Quickbooks Online experience – REQUIRED
• Knowledge of HR and onboarding processes
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Construction and accounting acumen
• Min 2 year experience with Excel spreadsheets – REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Self-motivated and take pride in your work
• Customer & vendor service skills
