RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bookkeeping
- Business and job costing performance reporting
- Reporting of A/P
- Reporting of A/R
- Assist with Payroll
- Assist in maintaining spreadsheets, forms and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks delegated from different individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent follow through
- Detail oriented
- Initiative to get things done, solve problems, be proactive
- Analytical - ability to understand numbers, basic computations
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certifications and degree is a plus
- 2 years experience working with QuickBooks required
- 5 years bookkeeping experience
- 5 years working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Physical Setting:
- Office
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- High school or equivalent
- Certifications and/or degree is a plus
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
