Accountant will oversee entering data into spreadsheets and bookkeeping software, compiling reports, gather and organize bank statements, highlight discrepancies in company records and research possible reasons for errors or differences in expected versus actual account balances. Accountant can also oversee basic administrative duties for the accounting team.

Job Responsibility:

· Accounting Related Duties-Proficient in QuickBooks or other ERP systems.

· Bank Reconciliation.

· A/P & A/R as needed for various operations.

· Administrative task supporting the month-end close.

· Financial Analysis.

· Experience in Fixed Assets.

· Strong attention to detail and self-starting attitude.

· Familiarity with the hospitality & retail industries a plus.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a field like business, accounting, math, or economics preferred.

· 3+ years’ experience.

· Additional training in areas such as finance or accounting.

· Retail or multi-location experience preferred.

· Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

· The ability to meet deadlines.

· The ability to communicate complex data in a clear way.

· Exceptional organization skills.

· The ability to prioritize projects.

· Excellent data entry skills.
