Job description
Construction accounting experience preferred:
Duties:
1. Prepare year end trial balance and work papers for CPA to prepare year end financials and tax returns.
2. Periodic internal financial statements.
3. Accounts Receivable – billings, collections, receipts, banking
4. Accounts Payable – input invoices, cut checks
5. Payroll – payroll input through ProService
6. Job Costing / Work In Progress – prepare reports
7. Certified Payroll – prepare reports as required
8. Annual Insurance Audit – prepare reports for auditor
9. First Hawaiian Bank – Reports as requested.
10. Bonding – project bond application as required, reports as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,474.00 - $57,539.00 per year
