We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join UnitedMasters! Please note that this role is a Hybrid role: three days in office and two days remote.

What You'll Do

• Effectively support assigned accounts with the primary goal being strong client partnerships in pursuit of achieving set objectives.
• Be a trusted partner across all internal departments to help us develop impactful and ground-breaking ideas and work
• Drive internal and external communications (written, virtual, in person) across the account in a clear, comprehensive and concise manner.
• Make certain the agency's presentation support materials are consistent with clients' expectations and internal standard of the agency's quality.
• Be alert and aware of opportunities to grow existing accounts or opportunities outside of the agency that might be a good fit for Translation.
• Supervise and effectively manage the execution of approved ideas/tactics in partnership with internal creative and production partners.
• Manage and grow account executive and assistant account executives on the account, teaching the effective ways of supporting the agency team and client partners.
• Demonstrate confidence and level-headed decision-making on assigned accounts.
• Anticipate and address potential internal or client relationship issues, managing up to leaders across the business and organization.
• Remain in touch with all matters as it pertains to clients and their respective industries; be conversant in their key issues, competitive situation, industry trends, and the projects assigned to the agency as well as other communication partners.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrate, evangelize and live the core values of Translation.
• Be a model example of adherence to agency processes and bring the broader team along.
• Possess and deliver excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to present thoughts clearly, accurately, and succinctly.
• Possess and encourage high degrees of initiative, drive, energy, accountability, creativity and maturity.
• Possess excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills, while paying close attention to quality and accuracy of the work.
• Proven ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change and move at the "speed of culture".
• Tenure and output that demonstrates an understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, public relations, research, agency finance, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3.5-5 years experience. Agency world - not looking for someone new to advertising. Needs to know the process, and be a driver of process, but also able to understand and articulate what makes great creative work
• Digitally savvy; MUST be skilled in Google and Microsoft Office suite (Mac OS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Hispanic Market expertise, fluent in Spanish preferred
• Telecom experience
• Large scale productions, has been part of executing big campaigns especially in the digital, social, OOH space vs just film
• Has managed at least one direct report

Over the last year, UnitedMasters artists have used our platform to land sync deals with major brands including the NBA, ESPN, Overtime Elite, Bose, Warner Brother Studios and in the NBA video game 2k. These deals give them additional money for their work and increase their exposure.

Salary Hiring Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide (e.g. bonus, stock options, 401(k) match, etc.)

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.

The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.

The salary range above is for the NY/CA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.
