Vaco Staffing is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Rep for a contract position with potential to hire position for a client in Brookfield. Duties include but aren't limited to the following:
- Post customer payments (wire, ACH, checks and petty cash).
- Manage daily reports to research and reconcile payment discrepancies.
- Post Journal Entries & A/R Adjustments
- Review, maintain and document customer "Remit" email correspondence.
- Review customer credit using D&B and references to assign appropriate credit limits.
- Monthly GL Account Reconciliations.
- Complete Month-End closing responsibilities.
- Other projects as needed
