Overview of Role

This important role as an Account Manager based in San Jose, CA to manage several product lines in the Semiconductor industry for system account, including business and customer relationships. You will report to the Director of Account Management. The role is critical in ensuring our continued success; the ideal candidate must provide execution of sales plans to generate sustainable growth and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships to leverage influencing and leadership skills to secure support within TSMC
• Set appropriate final product integrated unit pricing models, including silicon wafer, testing, and assembly/packaging prices
• Negotiate and provide pricing quotes to close sales and drive revenue and profitability
• Establish account calls and collaboration on technical/cost-effective solutions to meet customer’s needs and TSMC’s goal
• Lead, coach and manage the account team and cross-functional team for tactical business and technical issues to ensure alignment of business and engineering executions with account strategy
• Drive demand creation and fulfillment, including demand forecast and order fulfillment

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS in engineering or science major with 10+ years of combined experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Foundry Management in semiconductor industry
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration
• Good knowledge of advanced semiconductor technology, process, and operations (including test and product engineering)
• Strong customer orientation and good communication and presentation skills and data process skills are a must
• Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment are essential

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor backend packaging.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process development
• Good knowledge of advanced semiconductor design technology

Pay Transparency Statement

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays an annual base salary between $115,500 and $188,000 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
