Job Title: Academic Program Coordinator

Job Summary: The Academic Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing educational programs and activities within a medical office setting. They work closely with medical professionals, educators, and students to ensure the effective delivery of educational programs and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement academic program policies and procedures for medical training programs within the medical office, such as continuing education programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate and schedule educational activities, including lectures, conferences, workshops, and other learning opportunities within the medical office.
  • Manage program budgets, including allocating resources and tracking expenses for medical training programs.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and educators to design and develop curriculum materials and assessments for medical training programs.
  • Communicate with students, faculty, and other stakeholders about program requirements and expectations for medical training programs.
  • Manage program logistics, such as scheduling and coordinating clinical rotations, student housing, and transportation for medical training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, including student performance and program effectiveness for medical training programs.

• Maintain accurate program records and reports, including student transcripts and program evaluations for medical training programs. • Support the implementation of accreditation standards for medical training programs within the medical office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing educational programs in a medical office or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of medical education and training requirements and regulatory requirements for healthcare education programs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work effectively with medical professionals, educators, and students.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
