SCHEDULE:

  • Type: On-site & In Home

  • Location: Manchester, NH

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

  • Assist with training and hiring of new staff into a program.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to children with autism in their home
  • Participate in training programs that provides instructions on ABA, discrete trail teaching techniques, management of behaviors, child development and data collection techniques to the client population
  • Observe and record child's behavior through data input into an electronic device and log hours accurately
  • Receive supervision from a BCBA, for each client working with
  • Communicate with supervisory staff
  • Record and Analyze Data to ensure progress
  • Collaboration with staff (internal and external)
  • Maintain quality standards set by Applieds' policies and procedures
  • Maintain a consistent schedule and flexibility when requiring make up sessions

  • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills and work cooperatively with a variety of individuals and groups
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Must be able to work effectively with patients and families of all ages and cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions
  • Adaptability to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Ability to handle confidential information (HIPPA compliant)
  • Proven to thrive in all environments
  • Positive and encouraging in disposition
  • Ability to maintain organization standards in a high paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years working in an Autism clinical based setting
  • Previous experience in an clinical based (RBT/Aide) or Department of Education related position preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and related computer software
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Data logging experience
  • Transportation
  • Schedule that allows 15 or more hours a week of availability
