About our organization: Applied ABC provides School-Based Paraprofessionals & ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism.

DESCRIPTION of the position: The ABA therapist works directly with the client in their respective school-based setting, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provided by Foxborough Regional Charter School District.

LOCATION: We have multiple ABA Therapist positions in Foxborough, MA available for immediate hire, with a start date of ASAP.

SCHEDULE:

Monday- Friday 7:30am-2:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Job:

• Implements behavioral intervention program to children in their classroom(s)
• Planning and follow through with the child’s IEP (Individualized Education Plan)
• Participate in a training program that provides instruction on ABA, discrete trial teaching techniques, management of maladaptive behaviors, child development and data collection techniques applicable to the client population.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA, for each client they work with.
• Observe and record child's behaviors through data input into an electronic device and log hours and data accurately.
• Communicate with supervisory staff

REQUIREMENTS of the job:

Must have a minimum of 1 full year of ABA experience with children with autism or 1 full year working as a Paraprofessional/Similar role within a school district.

**Once assigned to case, state background check and fingerprinting may be required.

Education requirements:

BA in related field preferred or working towards degree in related field.

RBT certification preferred, but not required. We can, and will, provide RBT training.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
