Our team at Digital People have collaborated with a growing company seeking a 3D Sample & Props Coordinator/Producer to join their team!

In this role you will work directly with our 3D Capture Team to produce the 3D/AR experiences. Assignment will work to intake samples, manage Capture production, and return samples based on due dates. Sample tracking and recapping will be vital daily to ensure a successful production of the 3D assets needed for the AR experiences. This role will work daily out of Minneapolis.

Responsibilities include:

• Intake samples and prep items to ensure the right samples are ready to capture (includes removing packaging/staples/etc.)
• Coordinate Samples to best apply Capture Team production availability.
• Returning samples in same condition as when it was brought back to the Capture Team
• Track samples through the entire process to ensure due dates are met for Capture and Traditional Photography
• Build daily/weekly/monthly recaps that detail out production.
• Partner with Project Manager and Capture Team on category selection for future production

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently, get results, demonstrate flexibility and adapt to change.
• Willing to travel to office– on set support only. Job would be in office most of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.

This is a 6-month full time role, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
