1st shift Utility's work day starts at 6:00am - 2:00pm and some weekend work will be mandated.

Job Objectives:

The operator’s duties will include the following, as well as the normal cross-functional team approach to satisfying production schedules:

Successful candidates will work in a team environment in all the cells with staging in-process and finished goods, operating molding press or water jet, transporting material to and from cell, helping with changeovers, helping with start up and shut down procedures, removing offal and scrap from cell, completing production paperwork, meeting or exceeding productivity and waste targets, performing quality inspections.

Qualifications:

It is essential that candidates be in good physical condition to work with our products and machinery. Must be able to lift or push 10+ pounds regularly and 25+ occasionally, able to work in a team environment, able to work at a steady fast pace, good at learning quickly, flexible, quality minded and safe. Candidates with previous cell experience, solid work history and good attendance will be considered first.t shift Utility starts at 6:00am and works until 2:00pm. Some weekend work is manditory
