Here at Soccer Shots, our goal is to positively impact children’s lives and be every child’s favorite day. We accomplish this goal by using our engaging children’s soccer curriculum (ages 2-8) with a focus on character development. Though we continue to grow, we are still a family business at heart. We treat our employees like a team and the children we coach like our own. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. We provide high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer.

WHAT IT TAKES:

Being early to your classes every day, Carrying heavy equipment bags and goals to your field on a daily basis, Running around in the Heat or the Cold, Memorizing 100’s of children’s names every season, Greeting every child to the field with a smile, and every family, and every school director with a positive attitude, no matter what else has happened that day. Being responsible, and doing what you said you would, and being accountable to yourself, your team, and the All-Stars in your care every day. Sacrifice. Hard work. Discipline. Commitment. Leaving excuses at the door and taking pride in the work you do. Your best effort 100% of the time.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Safely manage a class of 8-12 children (dependent upon age)
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters

SCHEDULE:

Flexible schedule - We will only schedule you when you are available to work

Time slots - Weekday 9am-12pm / 3pm-5pm & Weekends 9am-1pm

*Full Time, Part Time, Weekday and Weekend opportunities

COMPENSATION:

Starting at $20 per 30-45 minute session, Career and growth opportunities

WHAT YOU NEED:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License

Must love children and soccer

Coaching or childhood education experience preferred
