Weekend Dietary Supervisor Job Description
Candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills to supervise staff and interact with our geriatric residents.
Weekend Dietary Supervisor Responsiblities Include:
- Training staff
- Assisting with the operations of the Food Service Department.
- Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Food Service Department, its programs and activities.
- Inspect food storage rooms, utility/janitorial closets, etc., for upkeep and supply control.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of food and non-food supplies.
- Assist in food purchasing and receiving including monitoring expenditures and cost controls.
- Assist in developing methods for determining quality and quantity of food.
Weekend Dietary Supervisor Qualifications
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
- High school degree.
- Strong references.
- Experience in a healthcare a plus.
- Able to work week days and weekends
Weekend Dietary Supervisor Shift:
- Weekends a must
