The Opportunity
Abbott Rapid Diagnostics is part of Abbott’s Diagnostics family of businesses, bringing together exceptional teams of experts and industry leading technologies. We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative within our Warehouse Team in Abingdon.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, check, record and store incoming stock
- Pick, check and pack customer and Collector orders
- Dispatch orders and book courier collections
- Carry out annual stock checks
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Maintain documentation on IT programs (Microsoft Office and other systems)
- Calibration of testing equipment
Required Qualifications
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and customers
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
