Phillips-Medisize is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to support our Clinton and Westborough locations. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for daily receiving and shipping activities; maintaining compliance and inventory practices; monitoring materials requirements; coordinating scheduled cycle counting activities and audits; working with production and quality personnel to meet shipment deadlines; ensuring quality; and leading material handlers.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Support daily/weekly/monthly Material Handling, Inventory Control, Cycle Counting, Shipping, and Receiving activities, compliant with requirements per written procedures.
• Monitor incoming receiving inspection queue to ensure prompt movement through quality release process.
• Ensure accuracy of Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods inventory. Review and Monitor monthly Inventory metrics with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure all inventory is correct.
• Support resolving Inventory Control, Cycle Counting, Shipping, and Receiving issues.
• Review production schedule daily / weekly with Customer Service and work with production and quality personnel to ensure the stock is available to ship when expected. Notify management of any issues arising that will effect on-time delivery to customers.
• Ensure 6S Lean Practices are followed.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• One or more of the following:
• Associate Degree in Business Management, or Logistics with 3+ years warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years’ warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years’ Team Leader experience with a working knowledge of job functions in the production area

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with cycle counting and performing physical inventories.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP Systems
• Experience with RF Scanning equipment
• Understanding of Lean 6S Principles
