We are the largest pool building/service company in New England, and we have an exciting position open for a Shipping & Receiving Lead. Our office is located in North Billerica, MA. We provide construction services to residential/commercial markets in the New England area.
We are seeking an organized, reliable, detail and service-oriented individual to join our growing team. In this position, you will monitor warehouse inventory as well as ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped out in an accurate, efficient manner. Previous warehouse experience is required.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree or 2-5 years relevant work experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse leadership position.
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills so as to be able to get along with fellow members of staff.
- Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to company protocol.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite and data entry systems (Preferable experience with MAS 90/SAGE Software).
- Physical stamina, able to work long hour on one's feet and lift 50+ pounds.
- Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Some weekend work may be required seasonally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics.
- Supervise, direct, and work with warehouse staff; put worker safety as a top priority.
- Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products.
- Receive shipments, check quantity against packing labels, and store materials.
- Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed.
- Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace at all times.
- Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts; enter relevant data in reports as needed.
- Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products.
- Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system.
