Bolton & Menk is a growing consulting firm in the southeast region and we have an exciting opportunity for a Videographer to join our team in our brand new Raleigh location.

You will be part of our creative & fun graphics workgroup and will handle video production from concept through delivery. Projects vary from: Service Area videos, Promotional videos, Client project videos, Recruitment videos, Internal and external training videos and Customer Support videos. You will be responsible for maintaining all video equipment and staying up to date on the latest equipment and video production trends. We also expect that you will identify and recommend areas of improvement in equipment and processes. In this role you will be responsible for all pre- and post-production aspects of video production including:

• Concepting
• Storyboarding
• Script writing
• Filming
• Audio recording
• Lighting
• Editing

What You Will Be Doing:

• Produce, direct, shoot and edit branded videos
• Work across multiple mediums and actively participate in creating videos for internal and external use
• Help provide creative art direction in addition to performing production work
• Collaborate with 3D animation specialists, graphic designers, marketing team and other key staff to develop content and ensure all content follows brand standards and guidelines
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all branded videos
• Maintain all video equipment
• Develop and maintain a well-organized video asset library
• Assure all assets are archived for future needs and reference
• Manage and prioritize work to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are on-brand and accurate

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in video or multimedia production
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Highly skilled in filming, editing, sound production and lighting
• Strong working knowledge of editing apps such as Premiere & After Effects
• Possess valid driver's license and is insurable at firm's standard rates
