We're looking for a friendly and responsible person to join our team of Veterinary Receptionists. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a hospital environment, understands how to operate and program the phone system and is capable of making fast and accurate decisions when it comes to patient information.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from customers regarding their pets.
- Make appointments for doctors and other specialists.
- Greet visitors and patients in the waiting room.
- Schedule appointments for animal hospital.
- Answer questions about the care of animals and their health histories.
- Use good judgment when dealing with clients, doctors, and staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
