Job description

Kett Engineering is seeking an Infotainment and System Validation Engineer to work with our customer, a major automobile manufacturer in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Infotainment testing such as radio, media, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.
• Develop test plans for the infotainment system.
• Follow test cases and the team’s direction for end to end validation of the vehicle system and H/Unit.
• Conduct bench and field validation and track development process.
• Provide daily report of issues found from testing with necessary log files and supporting images for issue tracking.
• Initial triage is required to assess issues and assign to the right team.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Computer Science/Electrical Engineering.
• Must have 1 – 2 years’ experience.
• Telematics experience preferred.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be result oriented.
• Must be a critical and analytical thinker.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
