Description
Develop and lead UAT for critical work streams for a ServiceNow implementation project that is part of a wider 2-3 year program to transform the Firms’ global business operations.
Interface with software developers and other technical team members to review system requirements and construct effective test strategies.
Work with partners, developers, and vendors to specify and validate key functionalities.
Develop, review, and approve plans, schedules, and other technical documentation.
Ensure that all the development objectives are met and that the solution works as expected.
Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans.
Lead and participate in Test Working Groups, Integrated Test Teams, Trainings/Demonstrations and reviews.
Lead program support staff during project testing efforts including systems, functional, regression, integration & performance testing.
Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and test cases covering integration, functional, interface, performance, regression, and acceptance testing requirements.
Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements; identify and escalate any potential quality issues.
Create a defect process and reporting plan for users.
Draft correspondence, reports, minutes, spreadsheets, communications, and other documents.
Requirements
Test Lead exp (developing test plan, resource management, work with vendors).
UAT exp (be able to be client facing, communication skills, coordination of meetings/with vendor).
ServiceNow exp is nice to have.

A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $125,000 - $145,000.
