Must Live within 200 miles of Whitestown, IN

Each driver must have a minimum of 4 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience

$0.76 CPM - Average $2,200 per week $115K per year

$7500 Sign On Bonus

Description:

Drives will leave Whitestown, IN empty. They will make multiple stops at plasma centers collecting plasma boxes.

Drivers will stack plasma boxes on pallets, shrink wrap pallets, and utilize a pallet jack/ lift gate. Trailers are reefer trailer. Freezer temp.

Driver haul fright to CA and Back.
Drivers will leave out on a Sunday - Thursday OR Monday - Friday

Average 9-13 stops paid at $50 per stop This is a multi stop route. Drivers average 4500-4700 MPW
Detention Pay:$15.00 after 2 hours

Breakdown Pay: $15.00 per hour after 4 hours.

Drivers will earn 2 weeks’ vacation in the 1st year.
Drivers must wear uniforms- Company provided ($200 year allowance for coats, steel toe shoes, etc) There is a manager on duty 24/ 7. Maintenance on trucks are a TOP Priority with "Thermo King" On call service.

Drivers can take truck home or leave there personal vehicle at the DC each week.

This is the process:

• Arrive to center
• Take ticket from trailer for temp reading
• Take it in to center manager
• Find out how many cases you are picking up
• Go back out to trailer
• Get pallets, pallet jack, and shrink wrap
• Go inside to stack pallet
• Load pallet inside center and wrap it
• Load into trailer

It is very rare that the pallets are stacked and wrapped. The cases are brought out on carts and scanned. Our drivers have the equipment on the trailer to do their pickups. We have manual and electric jacks on the back of the trailers. This is in the event the electric jack fails they can still do their job successfully.

*OJT training is for 1 week (maybe 2) with a solo driver covering route to include, how to complete paperwork, preparing pallets and loading. Training is Sunday-Thursday and is paid $1,000

Drivers get home for Thanksgiving and Christmas DAY

Sign on Bonus $7500
$500 at hire $500 every 30 days till paid out.
