Job Duties:
- Complete pre-operation checklists of all trucks and trailers, report malfunctions
- Make any road trips deemed necessary by a manager or supervisor
- Inform your supervisor if any major problems arise
- Perform other duties as may be required
Qualifications:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and show the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL license issued in your state of residence
- Must be a minimum age of 21 years
- No license suspension in the last two years
- Must have six (6) months or more of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Must have no more than three (3) of a combination of minor moving violations or minor preventable accidents while driving any motor vehicle in the last three years. No more than one (1) each minor moving violation or minor accident while driving any motor vehicle in the last twelve months.
- No DWI, DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, open container, refusal to take a test provided for by implied consent, leaving the scene of an accident(hit and run), eluding a police officer, reckless homicide, involuntary manslaughter, transporting an illegal or controlled substance, auto theft, or pre-arranged speed or drag racing within the last five (5) years.
- No felony convictions
- Must have the ability to pass DOT required medical exam.
