Position: Transportation Operations Support OR Transportation Management Analyst

Job Location: 11 Sylvan Avenue North, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632 (Onsite)

Job Type: Full time

We are currently searching for a highly motivated Transportation Management Analyst at an Assistant to Assistant Manager level for our Transportation Operation Support Team.

CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

40% KPI & Monitoring Indicators Management for Transportation Operation Improvement

o Daily monitoring for operational indicators selected and report using Transportation Management System and related

o Monthly Carrier Performance Reviews and Report

o Occasional carrier meeting and corrective action planning

o Resolve transportation/carrier related issues

o Operational issue finding and improvement planning in process and control

40% Contract Management and Registration

o Organize and manage carrier contracts

o Create/update the carrier’s binder to maintain up-to-date documents such as rate sheets, certificate of insurance, carrier safety scorecard, etc.

o Involve new or incumbent carrier’s contract process and assist legal team by conveying transportation and related party’s opinion

o Process vendor, SCAC code, and freight payment registration

20% Carrier Selection Bid Support/Assistant

o Cooperate in carrier selection bid: RFI/NDA/RFQ session and Onboarding process

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred

· 2+ years of experience in Transportation/Supply Chain/Logistics preferred

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment

· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

· Must be able to learn and regularly operate various computer systems across different platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Transportation/Supply Chain/Logistics: 2 years (Preferred)
• Transportation Operation: 5 years (Preferred)
• KPI & Monitoring Indicators Management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Contract Management and Registration: 5 years (Preferred)
• Carrier Selection Bid Support: 2 years (Preferred)
