CNA Transport Aide
Sapphire Nursing and Rehab a 120 bed skilled nursing facility in Goshen, NY is looking to hire a CNA Transport Aide to accompany our residents to their doctors appontments in the community.
DUTIES:
- Provides exceptional customer service in transporting passengers with medical, physical, emotional, or developmental disabilities.
- Accompany residents to, during, and from appointments
- Assist them during transportation and at appointments
- Toilet and/or feed them as necessary at appointments
- Assist with transfers
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a CNA
- Flexible availability is a MUST.
- Able to adapt to a fast pace environment.
- Need to be dependable, responsible and a team player with problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
