ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
As a Mobile Therapist, you will perform a variety of job duties under the supervision of the Clinical Director and recognizes clinical updates and recommendations from the written order. Provides individual and collateral therapy to a individuals ages 2 to 21 years in the community, usually during afternoon or evening hours. Develops and implements an Individualized Treatment Plan with the child and family, identifying and highlighting child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths as well as areas in which the individual needs improvement. In certain situations, the individual in this role may supervise direct care staff. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Must meet one of these and pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances: • Licensed in PA as Psychologist, Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)• Licensed in PA as a Social Worker or a Behavior Specialist and gave a Master’s degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.• A minimum of 1 yr of FT experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults and a Master’s degree with at least 9 credits specific to clinical practice in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.• Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a Master’s degree with at least 9 credits specific to clinical practice in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
