Telephony Operator - Maternity Cover

A rare opportunity has become available for a full time Telephony Operator to join Audi Sytner, part of the VW Group, to be based within the Midlands.
Please note, this position is to cover a period of maternity and is expected to last until April 2023
First impressions are everything, and the most important part of the role is to ensure our customers receive an outstanding one. The role will involve managing incoming calls for all 12 of our Audi dealerships, directing them to the appropriate departments and relaying messages where required.
**This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours a week (a rolling rota between 8.30am -6pm). Working 1 in 4 Saturdays and no Sundays**

What are we looking for?
- Full training will be provided for the role, but we are looking for previous experience within a customer service position - e.g., call centre, retail or hospitality
- Someone with a professional and confident telephone manner, excellent interpersonal skills and a good listener
- Lives within the East Midlands area (suitable commute time to Nottingham for team activities, meetings and training as and when required)
