Job description
  • Industry experience (Electronics or Manufacturing or Hitech) and should have worked in Planning function (Preferably in Service parts planning)
  • Excellent understanding of Service parts Planning–Demand Planning, Statistical & Casual Forecasting, Inventory Optimization Supply Planning, Reporting)
  • Must have worked on investigation and resolution of production incidents, change requests, setup requests of Service Parts management application from PTC Servigistics.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to data synchronization across multiple applications in Service parts management ecosystem (PTC Servigistics, Oracle C3 ERP)
  • Knowledge of SQL queries, Base tables, Interface tables & Reports (Preferably Intellicus reports)
  • Capable of working closely with global teams and willingness to work in different time zones
  • This position is responsible for providing application support for various applications involved in service parts Management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and Setup requests in accordance with agreed-upon SLAs.
  • Provide off-hours support of critical non-Production components and systems
  • Participate in software release related UATs
  • Monitor incident backlog and take action to keep the backlog within specified limits
  • Provide support during weekend & holidays for business-critical incidents
  • Create knowledge documents
  • Gain an understanding of the functionalities of applications supported
  • Communicate the support case status to the parties involved on a regular basis
  • Work closely with the Level-3 support teams to troubleshoot complex Production issues find the root cause
  • Assess the business impact of production incidents, prioritize/escalate issues, and follow escalation procedures for complex production issues.
  • Communicate and build relationships with business users and technology groups effectively.

Additional Skill:

  • Wider knowledge of supply chain and interlinking of with other functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Hands-on experience in testing Service Parts Management applications
