Chenega Analytic Business Solutions (CABS) provides federal agencies and commercial customers with trusted insights into Records and Information Management, Administrative Solutions, Information Technology, Engineering, and Training. Formed in 2017 to serve federal and commercial customers, CABS is 8(a) certified and has grown quickly into a leader in the federal IT and Training environment.

The Technical Instructor/Course Developer I shall provide IT administrative support services associated with the TACOM Talent Development Program (T2DP).

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage training in the Total Employee Development (TED) system, providing data analysis reports and support for the T2DP programs.
  • Provide professional leader and professional development facilitation in support of leader development.
  • Provide specific technical instructions/SOPs for T2DP programs and ensure all security requirements are met and maintained in compliance with government procedures, standards, and policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the TACOM G1 for all aspects of the T2DP program and leadership development.
  • Provide offsite support to maintain partnerships with colleges and universities and T2DP TACOM seminars.
  • Responsible for making training room reservations and ensuring the room point of contact can provide the required equipment and materials.
  • Acquire the equipment and materials or other means to provide the same support using alternate equipment and/or materials.
  • Provide customer support to non-G1 personnel supporting the T2DP program to assist in ensuring the success of the programs, including subject matter experts, university and college personnel, guest speakers, etc.
  • Complete annual company and customer-required training, as required.
  • Complete the timesheet daily in an online system according to company policies and procedures.
  • Travel 25% as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Interim Secret required to start.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for the lifecycle of the contract.
  • Knowledge of facilitating/conducting training would be a plus however, with good verbal communication skills, on-the-job training can be provided. Training would consist of a variety of leadership development topics, including but not limited to team building, coaching, mentoring, leadership, influence, delivering constructive criticism, conflict resolution, communication skills, leading in a virtual world, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and any other courses as determined by the T2DP.
  • Strong customer orientation, providing initial responses to customer requests and feedback within 24 hours.
  • Fluent with the use of Microsoft (MS) Office products (MS365, TEAMs, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, basic Visio, Publisher, basic SharePoint skills) for posting announcements.
  • Ability to provide documentation about the T2DP programs as well as provide program updates, after-action reports, significant activities reports, standard operating procedure updates/modifications, and other documents as needed.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the mission.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-stress, performance-based environment.
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to self-start and work independently or as a team.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
