• Employee can perform the critical functions of the process technician such as locate paint areas per the Engineering drawing requirements and apply the final application of paints to the completed assembly or section per the work instructions and engineering requirements.
• Prepare and maintain treating solutions used in Anodic, Dow Metal, Airol and other processing tanks by adding specified chemical compounds in proper sequence and amounts to obtain correct solution strength.
• Segregate and allocate material in accordance with treating requirements to obtain best shop practices.
• Operate process tank equipment to accomplish selective metal removal to meet engineering specifications for part dimensions, weight or contour including single, multiple steps, and tapers.
• Perform plasma spray and skin polishing of mechanical fastened aircraft assemblies.
• Perform process activities for contour peening of details and skins.
• Hard chrome and silver plate parts, materials and/or tools to exact tolerances.
• Develop proper setups for the operations in which processing time, voltage, amperage and block-offs are not standardized.

• All applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks. Majority of new hires will be hired on 2nd shift.
