Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking an experienced Lead System Integration and Test Engineer for our Golden Valley, MN locations.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Lead the development and execution of integration, verification, and test plans for mechanical and software systems based on requirements flow down
- Moderate among the interests of multi-disciplinary groups to synthesize test plans and test procedures
- Document test anomalies found during test execution and lead troubleshooting and resolution
- Build, lead, and support a team of junior engineers and technicians during the integration and test process
- Must be able to span multiple domains, such as mechanical, electrical, controls, power, vibration, cryogenic, EMI, radiation, etc.
- Create and maintain Provide support to proposals, Independent Reviews, customer meetings, design reviews and issue resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of leading major Integration and Test related programs
- U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Knowledge of the full product development and product lifecycle
- Master’s degree or PhD in Systems Engineering, Integration, Test, Cryogenic, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated integration and test experience with cryogenic systems including compressors, heat exchangers, vacuum pumps, piping, valves, sensors, and storage tanks
- Knowledge of DOORS, Agile Development, Python, ROBOT, (automations tools), MS Project
- Ability to adapt to and manage changes and configuration based on project needs
- Multi-tasking and ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and schedules
