Job Summary

KW Corporation is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to help support our IT Managed Service division. You must be detail-orientated, have a strong drive to educate yourself on challenges that arise and an excellent communicator when customer-facing. Our division not only supports 35+ employees and several internal servers/ solutions, but also provides Managed IT support for 100’s of businesses supporting their employees and technology infrastructures. The list of Managed IT Services is extensive, so multi-tasking, a strong desire to expand any existing skillset, and the ability to switch gears quickly are all essential traits. We strive to exceed our clients’ expectations by focusing on 4 key factors: Communication, Security, Network/System Monitoring, and Disaster Recovery. While this position is listed as a systems admin, it's important to note that onsite tech support is a major part of this role. When issues arise or when onboarding a new customer, this position will be dispatched (mostly throughout Livingston County) to site to work directly with a customer on an issue. Outside of onsite visits, it would be ideal to have this candidate in the office the majority of the week to begin. Remote potential does exist, but the experience of being in the office around the people who can help will be invaluable to begin. We are a flexible company and strongly support work-life balance, but a willingness to be present, both onsite and in the office are both major in the success and development of this role. This is a GREAT place to expand your skillset, not do the same thing every day, continue to learn the latest technology and grow alongside a company full of hardworking, dedicated and brilliant IT professionals.
