An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Cambria Road, Lambeth 24-hr scheme, which provides housing related support for people who have a Dual diagnosis; enduring mental health and drug and/ alcohol use. The client group may also have a complex need including, social exclusion, disability or homelessness.

We are looking for a motivated full time Support Worker who will provide a high quality of specialist service to this client group. You will work collaboratively internally and externally, to promote recovery, use a trauma informed approach, independent life skills, training and education, maximising their income, substance use and move-on.

The role involves working on a rota basis covering a shift pattern from 8am to 8pm including weekends.

You will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of Support tools, and an understanding of needs of this client group. Excellent communication, IT and use of Capita is essential.
