Job Summary and Qualifications

The Supervisor of General Radiology provides oversight and coordination of all diagnostic x-ray procedures and activities of assigned staff. The position requires the technologist to work with the Radiologists and department management to carry out department and hospital policies, procedures, and protocols. The Supervisor must possess strong interpersonal and technical skills, proven leadership skills, ability to use sound judgment as situations dictate and effective problem solving skills. All employees of North Florida Regional Medical Center will promote a culture of safety, follow established policies, and adhere to all state and federal regulatory requirements, Joint Commission requirements, and Nation Patient Safety standards.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R)
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
• Vocational School Graduate
