• Coach and mentor kids in coding and STEM curriculum, including JavaScript, Python, Minecraft, Roblox, block-based languages, robotics, 3D modeling, and more.
• Complete training courses for our proprietary curriculum.
• Create a positive and safe environment in which students can grow.
• Provide feedback to parents on student progress.
• Perform extra duties as needed, including organizing, cleaning, and maintaining center equipment and facilities.
• Clean classroom and bathrooms throughout the day to ensure cleanliness.
• Report as needed to Center Director or lead instructor with respect to day’s activities, efficiency & productivity in classroom.

• Leadership skills: demonstrated ability to supervise, organize, or lead within work groups, clubs, teams, etc. Looking for individuals who seek ways to contribute rather than waiting to be told.
• Coding and technology skills: knowledgeable about, or willingness to learn, introductory concepts in JavaScript, Python, and HTML. Skills in Minecraft, Roblox, robotics, or 3D printing a plus!
• Education/childcare experience: demonstrated experience with children ages 7-14 in babysitting, childcare, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, etc. Looking for individuals that can work patiently with children of differing learning styles and abilities, including neurodivergent learners.
• Works well with others; enjoys collaboration and teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be fun to work with and enjoy fast-paced environments where requirements can change frequently.
