We’re seeking a personable and energetic individual as a Strategic Partner Relationship manager to expand our strategic partnerships nationally. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help move our company forward to achieve our company vision.

SUMMARY

The Mid-level Strategic Partner Manager an associate-mid level sales position who serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of partner accounts with responsibility for retention and growth. Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services. Work closely with clients to identify needs including fostering new partner relationships and demand generation.

This position serves as the primary service contact for clients and is responsible for client satisfaction, including some strategic planning responsibilities. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to accounts, as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increase sales volume within existing business through account penetration and secures new business on a consistent and repeatable basis.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention through consistent, productive account calls.
  • Be responsible for maintaining Partner relationships via phone calls, email, and social media.
  • Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of company’s mission and values.
  • Stay abreast of and learns about all new industry trends.
  • Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and financial requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline
  • 50%+ travel required

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota
  • Experience in payroll or human resources or financial industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability and experience selling to Manager levels and above within the organization.
  • Ability to foster and grow partner relationships.
  • Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
  • Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
  • At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office products. Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred or another CRM.
