We are looking for an outgoing, professional, and customer service-oriented General Manager to oversee daily operations for the Dirty Dough store in Payson, UT. Looking for that amazing leader that can be flexible in their schedule, may work opening to closing shifts. As the General Manager, you will work in and supervise all operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking management tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and making sure that all operations are running smoothly.

The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet with the team to set sales goals. This leader needs to excell in communication, leadership and must have excellent customer service background or skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate the store team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
  • Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  • Hire, train, schedule and oversee all staff.
  • Responsibility for the financial performance and management of each store’s P&L.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional, timely manner.
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Make sure that quality is being met for every single batch of cookies that is made.
  • Oversee production and baking at the store.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items through approved channels.
  • Communicate and work well with the owners.
  • Follow and implement daily processes and directives.
  • Monitor daily operations and organize a plan for improvements.
  • Monitor staffing hours and complete payroll services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
