SQL Senior Developer

Location : Baltimore, MD (20% onsite 1-2 days per week, 80% remote) (relocate from day one)

Duration: Multiyear contract

JOB DESCRIPTION

MUST – SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Tableau, Snowflake, Boomi, Agile

The primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Owning the design, coding, and bug-fixing for “small” projects. This work will consist of fixing or updating existing data integrations, SSRS reports and data loads into Snowflake.

Executing ad-hoc development projects building data integration feeds and SSRS reports and automation.

Submit development projects for peer review and change management prior to deployment to Production.

Technical Skills

10+ years of overall experience

Experience in financial services domain

Experience with Reporting Tools (SSRS, Tableau)

Experience with ETL Tools -Boomi

Experience with MS Office Automation is a plus

Experience with Snowflake

Snowflake as Ops Data Store and Analytics

Comm good, able to collaborate with business for requirements and demo and UAT
-must have worked in agile , exposure to Jira

Hands on experience with data and API integration projects.

Strong SQL knowledge.

Qualifications:

Financial Services / Asset management industry exposure/experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or a related scientific or technical field.

10+ years of application development experience.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Experience with Agile SCRUM boards

Ability to comply with our COVID-19 vaccination policy

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $36.17 - $71.87 per hour
