Job Description:

We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Thornton, CO. As an SLP, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students in grades K-12. The successful candidates will have a caseload spanning multiple grade levels and will play a crucial role in helping students improve their communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting their specific communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support student progress
• Monitor and document student performance and maintain accurate records
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on speech and language goals
• Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CDE SSP License for Speech-Language Pathology
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Experience working with a K-12 caseload is preferred
• Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
