Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related area.
• 3 years of underwriting and service experience in the insurance industry.
• Possess extensive knowledge in the management of computer systems.
• Must have the ability to analyze information, evaluate cases and make decisions.
• Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Contact the client to achieve the possible retention of the same and make quotes
• Process cancellations or requested endorsements.
• Prepare payment letters to clients.
• Carry out financing contracts.
• Check policies and contracts.
• Receive and answer calls from policyholders to provide guidance.
