Civita Care Center at Cheshire is an 85 bed skilled nursing facility. We have a full time social services director, but we need an assistant for 20 hours per week. You will be direclty involved with our residents, assisting with care planning, discharges, charting, etc. The 20 hours must be worked Mon-Fri, but the hours are flexible.Please submit a resume if interested.
